2010 - Continued Expansion of Montney Assets

• Capital expenditures are forecast to be $625 million for 2010 encompassing considerable growth (as of Q2);
• Excluding acquisitions and dispositions, capital expenditures totaled $144 million in the second quarter of 2010;
• ARC plans to finance the 2010 capital program through a combination of cash flow, existing credit facilities, DRIP proceeds and potential minor assets disposition proceeds;
